As a Google for Education Certified Trainer and a Certified Master Trainer (CMT) recognized by the prestigious Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Hayfa brings an exceptional blend of strategic insight and hands-on professional development expertise.

Hayfa’s career began as a dedicated mathematics, science, and chemistry teacher, where she cultivated a firsthand understanding of classroom dynamics and student needs. Her commitment to education led her to an advanced leadership role as a Deputy Headteacher, where she was instrumental in fostering a culture of academic excellence.

Driven by a profound belief in the power of technology to transform learning, Hayfa pursued and earned an MBA in Educational Leadership from University College London (UCL). This academic foundation, combined with her extensive classroom experience, inspired her to found EdPro Education Services. Her mission is to guide schools through a comprehensive digital transformation, helping them transition from traditional models to dynamic, technology-integrated learning environments.

Her expertise is further solidified by her work as an iSAMS Implementation Lead, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex school management systems. She is also the driving force behind the localization and delivery of major regional projects, such as the Google AI Summer Bootcamp KSA 2025, which successfully equipped educators and students with the skills to integrate generative AI and other tools into the curriculum.
